Bullying is deeply harmful and isolating, affecting those who are targeted, those who witness it, and those who engage in bullying behavior. Clinicians are often called on to support families and community members navigating these complex dynamics.
This Lunch & Learn builds awareness of how bullying works, including identity-based and cyberbullying, and why power, repetition, and harm matter. Participants will gain practical, research-informed strategies to support prevention, early intervention, and healing.
Presented by Christine Fortune Guthery and Alyndra (Lynn) Canty of Spark Kindness and the MetroWest Anti-Bullying Coalition.
